The Amex’s newest fan zone and events hub, The Terrace hosts 400 guests upstairs and 600 downstairs, with capacity rising to 3,000 including outdoor seating. On matchdays it becomes the Heineken Fan Zone, featuring immersive screens, live entertainment, and four Sussex street-food kitchens. Open year-round, it’s also available for private hire, screenings and gigs.

With construction still underway, this space will be available Mid- 2026. The lounge is an open‑plan, spacious setting styled with the charm of a classic Albion‑inspired pub. For events, it will be available for exclusive hires for up to 660 people
